We Suffer More in Imagination Than In Reality
So remain calm and apply logic.
‘We suffer more in imagination than in reality’ — Seneca
Your imagination is a powerful tool with no boundaries or rules.
It can paint images more vivid than the greatest artists and create stories more complex than a world of renowned authors.
So you must be careful which of your thoughts you choose to entertain.
All those scenarios played out in your mind of things that could happen, but usually never do, can become detrimental to your health once your imagination gets going.
And if left untreated by logic those thoughts can cause all sorts of unnecessary stress and suffering.
So if you’re going through a challenging time and are unsure of what lies ahead, don’t allow your overactive imagination to trick you.
Instead, remain calm and deal with any issues if and when they occur.
