We all have the habit of stressing over things before they even occur.

Whenever you think about starting a new career, proposing your ideal partner, or making any other important decision, you think, what if I fail? What if it doesn’t work the way I want it to? It’s natural. But sometimes, these what if’s are so strong that we continue to suffer in our heads but never gather the courage to speak up.

But once we force ourselves to make those choices, we realize they weren’t as challenging as we had thought. It’s all in your head.

The truth is, “We suffer more in imagination than in reality.” — Seneca

Humans have the ability to dream or imagine, yet our fantasies can either take us to heaven or hell. Now it’s up to you where you wanna go.
