Weird Tip to Help When You Can’t Sleep

We’ve all been there….you hop into bed, trying to fall asleep after a long day, but you just can’t seem to relax.

You mentally calculate how many hours of sleep you would get if you fell asleep right now, but alas still no sleep.

Next time try this:

Sleeping on the opposite part of the bed.
