Why is mindfulness so elusive?
The other morning, I absentmindedly sipped my first cup of coffee. My tastebuds exploded, and I was astonished at how good it was. This was the same coffee I have been drinking for years, but that morning, there was nothing else but each, slow sip. I have never enjoyed or appreciated a cup of coffee more.
