Why we can be optimistic even as Delta rages?

My county is wearing masks again because of the increased Delta Covid infectivity.

Covid fatigue is also increasing. Despite the new requirements, I’m more positive than last year. I wear my mask with optimism because I feel better equipped now and I’m grateful because-
