By today’s count, it is 34 days to Easter, which means different things for many.

Chocolate, easter bunnies, a time for worship and celebration, but one symbol we have all come to associate with fertility, rebirth and renewal is the easter egg.

In the gaming world, an easter egg is considered a hidden message, treasure or gift that often brings delight and sometimes a gaming advantage.

There are times when an unpleasant experience or a downward shift in mood calls for such an advantage.

Sounds simple, but perhaps we should think about gamifying our lives and planting easter eggs — simply doing things because we can with no expectation and just for the joy and pleasure.

In that future moment, when you uncover the reward of that thing and source of pleasure, it becomes your easter egg to enjoy the second time around.
