Why You Should Do Something For Yourself Today

You have to fuel your body, but what about your spirit?
It’s important to feed our minds and bodies. But that can be a challenge. Your mind is busy. You deal with traffic, upsetting news, arguments with friends or family, and things not going your way.
We need to take time for ourselves where we can unwind and release stress. That may be meditating, laughing with friends, or some other fun activity.
For me, it means lighting some candles and writing in my journal.
