Surviving cancer is considered an achievement in modern society. Getting rid of a narcissist bent on destroying you is as hard as surviving cancer. But there’s no one to applaud you for your achievement. People do not think that horrific abuse survivors are heroes. In reality, discarding a malignant narcissist is a huge achievement. A malignant narcissist is an Olympic athlete of abuse and getting rid of him requires immense effort, patience and planning. If you have done this, I want to let you know that you have accomplished something very hard. It’s such a great achievement that even death cannot strip you off. You saved a person’s life ─ your life ─ and Quran tells us that whoever saves the life of one person, it is as if he has saved the whole of mankind.
