I believe it was my coach and a million other people who said, "if you believe you can't do something, you are correct." This line of thinking will bring you and the people around you down.
Certain people have outlawed these two words from their vocabulary. People often use this phrase as a shield for how they truly feel. Perhaps it's a feeling of being scared, embarrassed, or tired.
I like the thinking behind this license plate. It was so ingrained upon this driver's psyche they had it personalized on their license plate. Perhaps they have been so beaten down by life this is how they feel.
Or I can assume they are a massive fan of Caitlyn Smith and her song "I Can't."
