I wrote this after reading the article below by Robert Roy Britt

The main example Mr Robert gave, as to how to bring your mind to focus, involved physical activity apart from other known ways.

My view is that since the body is also known as the representation of subconscious mind, 95% of our actions and behaviors are determined by our subconscious.

Taking physical actions, exercise, walking, dance, cycling, intense training, makes the subconscious tired because the body got tired, thus making our mind tired in a positive way which enables us to think, focus on things which matter.

We don’t have extra energy to waste.

The amount of energy we do have, we just focus on the important things needing to be done.
