Celebrate Winslow Township’s 172nd Birthday on March 11

Enjoy singing pirates, crafts for the kids, Civil War re-enactors and historical and environmental displays.

It’s Winslow Township’s 172nd Birthday and there will be a celebration of the anniversary of Winslow Township’s incorporation in 1845 on Saturday, March 11 from 12 to 3 p.m. at the Bud Duble Senior Center.

It will be an afternoon of fun and education. Enjoy singing pirates, crafts for the kids, Civil War re-enactors, and historical and environmental displays. Winslow Township firefighters will be in attendance with their fire trucks, as well as police officers and emergency medical technicians.

Admission, hot dogs and soda are all free.

The Bud Duble Senior Center is located at 33 Cooper Folly Road, Atco. The Historical Society of Winslow Township sponsors this event.
