1 Year Of Passive Income — Tales From A Bubble
This time last year I started on my passive income journey and here’s how it turned out!
When in March of 2020 I was sent home from work to flatten the curve, I could have never imagined that I’d be sitting here writing this. I had just been promoted from manager to executive and my future role was full of promise.
By around July of 2020, it was looking likely that our sector wouldn’t be allowed to operate at full capacity for a considerable amount of time still, and at this point, I decided that it would be an excellent time to set up a passive income.
I started with reading a thousand articles and watching endless hours of YouTube videos to see what might best suit me. From what I gathered, people would try out a few different forms of passive income to see what suited them best, so I was going to do the same. Generally speaking, any of the content I consumed and research I read, was all very positive and I didn’t come across any failures, perhaps I wasn’t looking for them though!
With my experience, background and skillset, certain things seemed easier to me than others and I also wanted to have fun with it, so I followed that route, rather than what would bring me the biggest financial gains.
