What is a startup? A war started when passionate like minded misfits identified a problem which is yet to be solved by their team of soldiers, path is unknown, puzzles left by others as unsolvable,which creates even more unknown problem, even then forward march is done with faith in team with intelligence and smartness. Time and motivation are the scarce resource, #ceo will get it by some means. Very quick and reflexive team which adapts to change of ideas passionately. Collaboration, ‘we’ should be the only term used. I fail u fail we fail. We win u win I win. Never give up!. Ability to push product or service out… before cash burns or problem is solved or problem is no longer considered a problem or ur solution is absolete … pushing out of office is the toughest job. From there on things will be out of control. Minimum viable product is far enough till now. ‘Users’ the real product guy’s. Product or service is shaped based on their need. If they are happy ‘pocket cash’ …
