In a team there is no hierarchy, if exists it is not a team it is an organisation. Every individual in a team is #ceo himself, responsibility shared and taken up. One person who takes the entire vision and voice of the team to the world and from world to the team very cleary acts as a ‘ceo’. #Team wins
