1. Iteration and refine the solution to the problem.

Rework Cons:
1. Loss of trust, integrity in team and management, literally waste of energy and effectiveness.
2. Loss of creativity and spirit.
3. Missing the solution to the problem in between these rework processes.
4. Overbuilding the product / service, than needed.
