Building a product is quite easy, at least for the product developers and product managers. Building a product is not same as building a company.
Building a company does not mean building a strong team. A company without customer is a fun project. A company comprises of customers who experience a problem that they will pay you to solve. Why they pay you?. They know a problem exists, but a solution does not exist or they have not explored.
Golden Rule: Solve everyday problem, what companies face so your product becomes a company.
