First and foremost problem any startup team face is ‘dependency’.
1. Dependency on i) materialistic resource — hardware, software and workplace.
ii) people — seeking an expert for everything.
Every small company grow with this problem. Of all dependency and non-availability of people is the serious concern.
Solution:
1. Learn fast, execute quick — rather than seeking an expert for the beginning we should seek for the solution learn fast and execute it. When problems complicate people join you in the course to solve it.
2. Learn to outsource. Delegation is the solution
