His name is King Charles Philip Arthur George Mountbatten-Windsor. The King dressed in the uniform of the Welsh Guards adorned with his medals. His hands gripping a sword.
It’s portrayed as traditional meets modern style.
The Royal Portrait is odd. It almost looks like a disembodied head floating in a sea of crimson. What’s with all the red? Is that the King’s favorite color?
