In this episode, we speak with Wendy Brauner, SVP of Marketing at McKesson. Wendy shares her perspective on marketing strategy in an evolving and converging healthcare ecosystem. Given the changes in this landscape, including health systems merging with retail pharmacies and pharmacies diversifying into infusion centers, we discuss challenges around customer segmentation. Wendy also shares her journey and philosophy as a leader to enable teams to be successful.

Wendy Brauner has held progressive leadership roles over her 13 years at McKesson in product management, business development and operations and is currently Senior Vice President of Marketing for the company’s largest business unit, McKesson U.S. Pharmaceutical and Specialty Health. Ms. Brauner came to McKesson with 15 years of B2B and B2C experience in product management roles in technology and financial services verticals, most recently with E*TRADE. She was instrumental in the expansion of E*TRADE’s presence to Europe, Asia and Africa and in AT&T Online Services country launches in Japan and Korea. Ms. Brauner holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language from Wellesley College and currently resides in San Francisco, CA.
