Being online is great, all the information of the world is literally in your hand. But do not keep online and connected all the time. Find sometime to be with yourself, with others and the world in the near you.
Often I see people in bars and restaurants just looking at their cell phones, typing and chatting to other, instead of talking to the human being on the other side of the glass beer of wine.
I am the last one that hates online, the info, the people on the networks we all love and the great content that live out there. But, please people, know when it is to much. Please.
You cannot control the digital world al the time. Let it go. Live in the moment, on the spot and for real.
