An IRS Online Account is an online system that allows you to securely access your individual tax account information. It is a safe and easy way to view specific details about your federal tax account.

Register for an Online Services Account

To access your information online, you must register through Secure Access, the IRS’ two-factor authentication process that protects your personal information. When you register for online services, you are asked to verify your identity so no one else can access your account. It takes about 15 minutes to register.
