The ticket to emotional health, like that to physical health, comes when you start eating your veggies, i.e., when you start accepting what is being served to you by nature. This vegetable course is going to taste bad at first. For some, maybe very bad! This does not mean at all that you can’t make good out of it.

No matter how bad veggies might taste, but they are surely going to make you healthy, which is undoubtedly the most important thing. Once you start accepting, your body would wake up feeling more alive and spirited. We learned it since the primary but ignored it in the spirit of youth. “A healthy body has a healthy mind.”

“Acceptance” is key to a little sorted life. Completely sorted life is a myth! “Acceptance of reality, not approval to atrocities,” to be precise. Magnificent results are seen only when one works with zeal for development, avoids playing the victim card, welcoming every obstacle faced. In the beginning, one might not know where the problem lies, but gradually s/he will figure out that too. As in the end, the problems faced by you are going to make you experienced, industrious, confident, and also happy in a way you could barely realize.

But honestly, if you’re unable to make a way through it, even after honest and determined efforts, the possibility is you’re in your denial phase. Or maybe which seems to be so problematic, isn’t a thing worth even to ponder upon.

“Everything happens for our good.” I also personally believe that whatever happens in our lives has a purpose, could be as tiny as a speck of dust as well. But let me make it clear that the proverb was not meant to make excuses. I won’t say stop thinking about the adversities you are facing because that would amount to a denial of reality, which is dangerous.

Okay, let’s get this straight, it’s an evident fact that we humans, whether we realize it or not, we are always choosing among adversities to burden ourselves. What we need to do is ponder upon the things which are more important than those adversities. Life is too short to be lived fully. Do not waste it. You may win over your problems or not, but do not let them conquer “your mind.” Eat your veggies!
