What got you where you are right now is your current company culture, your current employees and your current hiring strategy.
Those are the things you need to change to make sure you’re not getting disrupted. To make sure you stay competitive.
Changing anything else will just be a quick fix. It might look good on paper and might give you a few more months. But that’s already about it.
The quick fixes, the things that are comparatively easy will never get you more than just a few months. Sometimes a few years.
But if you really want to make your company more competitive, more innovative and more disruptive in the long run you have to look at the right things.
And most of the things that are currently hip and trendy are not the right things to look at. They’re just part of the quick fixes..
