Not only does she carry over the pride of her country, but she also carries over her love of track and field which she has been involved with since grade school. She hopes that one day Bermuda, a small country in the Caribbean will not just be remarked as “the Bermuda triangle” because she believes that there’s more to it than meets the eye. She reminds listeners that it is a beautiful is a place that welcomes people from all over the world. Wilson has the best of both worlds as she is able to feel safe due to the comfort in knowing there are special attributes in Tampa that give her the feeling of home. Your hometown will never compare to any other place therefore, it is important to hold on tight to all the tiny aspects that make your home unique.
