Trading Sanitation for a Cooking Station

Jason Young is a former Supervisor for the New York Department of Sanitation. During the height of the pandemic, he decided to take a step back and retire. His whole life, Jason has been cooking. His dad loved cooking (even if he was not the best) so Jason was in the kitchen from a young age. He worked at diners and pizza shops as a teenager and when he had kids is when he had to turn it up a notch! As his kids grew, so did his recipe list. Now that he is retired and all of his children are grown, Jason spends much of his free time watching the cooking channel and copying recipes to even adding his own twist. Jason believes there is no greater pleasure in life than a delicious meal and now he is sharing one of his very favorites with us below!
