Introducing “Crypto Jobs” by Xpo.Network — Refer friends and earn Bitcoin
In the past few years, we have seen a number of talented individuals leave their well settled jobs and go work at Blockchain startups. In fact, on Crypto Twitter, my feed usually contains at least one such post.

But, what is really driving this interest towards Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies?
We believe one of the main reasons behind this is that Crypto is standing at the forefront of becoming a mainstream technology.
Recently, Jesse Pollak, Head of Engineering for Consumer Products at Coinbase, sent out this tweet to hire people which will lead company to its first 100m users.
Similarly, there are multiple Blockchain Startups out there who are actively hiring in both technical and non-technical roles. Appreciating this market demand, at Prism Labs, today, we are launching Jobs by Xpo.Network, a curated jobs board for everyone who is looking for a job at a Blockchain / Crypto company.

Our Referral Bounty Initiative (Aligning Incentives)
Currently there are weak/non-existent incentives for members of LinkedIn or any other professional Network to refer friends/colleagues for new gigs through the network (for full-time but especially part-time gigs).

After Simon is selected and hired by the company, Mark is awarded a referral bounty by the company.
How “Crypto Jobs” by Xpo.Network works
This section explains how both companies and professionals can leverage this open job board to their maximum benefit.
- ABC Labs comes to Jobs by Xpo.Network board and posts a gig about hiring of a contractor to oversee their operations in South East Asia.
- Matt, a regular visitor on the portal, sees the job and recommends it to his friend Christian who applies for the job. Also, Christian can apply directly for this job as well.
- ABC Labs evaluates the application and gets in touch with Christian. After this process, Christian is selected of the lot and his referral Matt is awarded the referral bounty offered by the company.
