“Resistance is Futile” — this chilling phrase is synonymous with the terrifying collective known as the Borg in the Star Trek universe. Their relentless pursuit of perfection through assimilation has struck fear into the hearts of countless species across the galaxy.

The Borg are a unique and intriguing presence in the Star Trek universe, with their distinctly alien characteristics setting them apart from other species. In their early appearances, the Borg were portrayed as a collective consciousness, a single organism comprising numerous drones that functioned in unison. This hive-like mentality lent them a level of efficiency and adaptability that made them formidable adversaries.

Borg cubes, the massive and intimidating spacecraft used by the Borg Collective, were designed to reflect the nature of the Borg themselves. Unlike the more traditional starship designs found in Star Trek, Borg cubes lacked clearly defined areas such as a bridge, main engineering, sickbay, or crew quarters.
