Eight Dollar Maintenance Fee

Always look at your bank statements. First, a bank may tell you that you have a free checking account. Things change everyday. Suddenly, you may look at your bank statement, and you might notice that your money is dropping a little bit each month on your statement. Maybe you have at least fifty dollars in your account, but the bank is still charging you a fee. Why would a bank want to charge you a fee if you have a checking account with the bank? It doesn’t make sense. If you are being charged with a fee by your bank, that means your checking account is no longer free. I think it is better to cancel the checking account, and put your money that you have left into a savings account. I was charged with an eight dollar maintenance fee at the bank. It’s no use having a checking account if you cannot keep cash flowing into it.
