Being Resolute About New Year’s Resolutions

Most popular resolutions, how to keep yours, and how I’m going to keep mine

Back in October, if somebody from Statista had contacted me and asked, “What New Year’s Resolutions are you making for 2025?” my response would have been, “I can’t make New Year’s Resolutions at a time like this. I don’t know what changes this country’s going to go through next year or whether I’ll be doing well enough even to make resolutions. Get lost.”

That was back in October. It’s December now, and though I think the country may be lost, I don’t need to be. I just need to make a few changes in my private life.

So, I’m setting a New Year’s Resolution right here, right now. Or at least I am if I can figure out what I want to resolve.

I go back to Statista for help and find “Most popular New Year’s resolutions in the United States for 2025.”
