Hello! I’m kasey and I like taking photos of my feet | © kasey sparks

I received a sweet nudge from Sergey V. to join the Q&A party here at E³ and I accepted. Who can resist such an invitation?

Certainly not me.

I snapped on my party hat, chose 11 prompts from Malky’s list, added one of my own, and started tapping the keys.

The book I’m reading

Thanks to the wise and delightful Shital Morjaria, I’m currently reading How to Think Like Leonardo da Vinci by Michael J. Gelb. I picked it up at my local library after reading her post about applying some of the traits she learned from it to her photography.

It’s an excellent book packed with exercises to incorporate seven of da Vinci’s traits into our daily lives. I may have to purchase this one because I probably won’t get through all the tasks before it’s due back at the library.

My favourite character

Hands down — the spider Charlotte in the children’s book Charlotte’s Web. She exhibits kindness, craftiness, patience, and wisdom. She provides a calm voice to soothe Wilber the pig’s worries. She demonstrates the power of words and that even someone as small as a spider can use them to create a lasting positive impact in the lives of others.
