I can’t tell you my dismay when I read that a mega poll projected that tinpot Nigel Farage is on course to be the next prime minister. The projection suggests 306 Reform gains, up from their current tally of five.

It absolutely beggars belief.

I thought that about Brexit. How could anyone be so stupid as to vote us out of our working union with our closest neighbours? Here we are, nine years later, struggling like we have never struggled before. And the man behind the damage — Nigel Farage.

Brexit economic forecasts are brutal.

Economists and analysts at Cambridge Econometrics found that, by 2035, the UK is anticipated to have three million fewer jobs, 32% lower investment, 5% lower exports and 16% lower imports than it would have had.

The report states that the UK will be £311bn worse off by 2035 due to leaving EU.
