Changing your payment method is easy and secure. Here’s a step-by-step guide for both The Star Website and Mobile!

In this article you’ll find how to:

  • Change payment method on Desktop (The Star Website)
  • Change payment method on Mobile for Safari & Chrome (Apple & Android Web)
  • Change payment method on The Star’s App (Mobile & Tablet)

Changing your payment method on Desktop (The Star Website)

  1. Select the Your Account dropdown on the top right of the page beside the search icon
  2. Select Billing Information

3. In Payment Details, select Edit located in the top right corner of the page

4. Enter your New Payment Information in the fields provided

5. Select Save Changes, and you are done! Your changes will take effect next billing date

Changing your payment method on Mobile for Safari & Chrome (Apple & Android Web)

  1. Select the Your Account dropdown on the top right of the page
  2. Select Billing Information
  3. In Payment Details, select Edit located in the top right corner of the container
  4. Enter your New Payment Information in the fields provided
  5. Select Save Changes, and you are done! Your changes will take effect next billing date

Changing your payment method on The Star’s App (Mobile & Tablet)

Payment for subscribing to the Star using The Star’s mobile app is completed through the App Store/Google Play Store. To change payment methods, you need to change your App Store/Google Play billing information.
