#1 KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital

Employees can choose to fulfill their 40-hour work week compressed into four days, giving themselves 3 off days each week!

On top of all the medical benefits for its employees, KK even has a child care center!

Oh, they also have gifts for employees on special occasions like “marriage gift, newborn gift, get well gift”… how sweet?!

#2 NTUC Income

Here, employees can choose to work from home, enabling them to manage their time flexibly. Financially, NTUC Income has “i-flex dollar” which employees can use to pay for their child’s healthcare.

There’s also “care expenses” that can be used for education expenses and holidays! A vacation without financial damage? YES PLEASE.

#3 EY Solutions LLP

At EY, there’s “FlexPlace”, “FlexTime” and “FlexWork”.

Employees can essentially choose where and when they want to work. Of course, they’ll still have to keep to a weekly work-hours (let’s not push it).

Meanwhile, “FlexWork” creates a flexible work culture whereby employees can balance both their work-life and personal life.

#4 Investeur

Now here’s a bonus plus one I have for you.

At Investeur, we work from home on Tuesdays & Thursdays (yay to sleeping in!). We have a pretty flexible schedule, as long as we make it for the team meeting at 10am (late = lunch treat).

If you are looking for an internship position, you can try applying sharvari@investeur.co. Do include your resume, motivation letter, and availability (start date & duration).
