What The Company Does

Inside Lluna’s turn-key technology, employers select the choices and flexible benefits to offer, employees are then invited to choose from those approved choices and submit to activate their selections. Employers then have access to real time data and insights about what the team needs right now. This process repeats 1 to 4 times a year, to ensure that employers lock-step with employees as their lives and preferences evolve.

Business Model

Lluna has a three tiered subscription model — essentials, plus, and premier — based on different levels of customization.

Traction

Currently, Lluna has 9 subscribers and around 350 users. Lluna was a finalist in the SHRM Better Workplaces Pitch Competition for Boston and recently was selected to Pitch at the Philadelphia PACT Conference. Lluna has partnerships with a small but growing number of HR Consultancies and Vendors to aid distribution.

Founding Team Background

Co-founder and CEO, Jess Podgajny, is a former Management Consultant and Chief People Officer. Co-founder and CTO, Aaron Kamholtz is a People Analytics Pioneer and former IT and Environmental Consultant. They consider themselves “accidental” HR people and are genuinely passionate about personalizing the future of work.

What They Need Help With

The Lluna team has launched a new awesome version of their platform in December 2021, with this release they are ready to onboard all the visionary people leaders out there.
