The Problem

In 2019, networks broadcasted over 8 million minutes of live sports, and collectively, fans consumed over 1 trillion minutes of those broadcasts. Due to the significant amount of live sports broadcasts, fans are facing a “big data” problem and miss watching the games that matter to them. Currently, there is no way to personalize how they access all that content.

What The Company Does

OmniView’s platform integrates complementary markets of live scores information, fantasy leagues, and live betting features into a single platform. Their patented fan excitement metric scoring system uses that information to create a unique fan fingerprint. Using live game feeds, their ML platform predicts in-game events, which are then ranked by the scoring system. The app then notifies fans of the games they would find the most exciting to watch at any given moment, based on whether they’d want to watch their home team, fantasy player, or a game they placed a bet on.

Market

It is estimated that there are roughy 211M U.S. sports fans and the market for U.S. sports betting is on pace to reach $7B to $8B by 2025. Live aports apps like ESPN, CBS, and theScore are their main competitors but do not allow users to personalize one or both of live sports viewing and/or betting.

Business Model

OmniView has multiple revenue streams, including an affiliate sports book CPA that runs $150 to $200 per signup; a sports book revenue share agreement that breaks down to 20% to 50% of book revenue, in-app sales, a GameChangr universal all-aports smart remote that is listed for $99.99, and a premium subscription model for $9.99 per month.

Traction

The team currently has 16,000 pre-signups and $1500 in pre-release sales without any marketing spend or use of our email list. They have been featured on major news outlets, and have partnerships with Pointsbet, Caesers, Unibet, fuboTV, CBS All-Access, Yahoo Fantasy, Fanatics, and Touch of Modern.
