The Customer Success community is not like any other community — every one that I’ve met so far has been incredibly generous with their time and wisdom and always has been looking to delight not only their customers but the people around them.

This time of year, we thank our customers for believing in our company and for their business and our coworkers for helping us and our customers achieve their goals. However, this year, something that I am also eternally grateful for is the Customer Success community.

I’m continually inspired by this community’s passion for the customer and for helping others. Customer experience is increasingly more important for each of our companies and these people are working tirelessly so that every customer has the best experience possible and can reach their success goals.
