Training Log: 17 Days Until Departure
Spring has finally come! And now, to ride bikes.
I loaded up Tillie (named in hopes of climbing the eventual necessary mountains) and we did a 15 miler into a strong headwind. Good practice. I felt mostly sturdy; I’m sure the Gatorade helped.
And I didn’t tip over! Pride.
Later, I rode my fast bike through the city for a good 25 miles. Spent some time meandering and found the beautiful sliver moon along the river.
Here’s hoping my photography skills improve along with my balance, endurance, and grit.
