It was possibly the smallest library in the world. Housed in a disused telephone booth in the village of Clent, Worcestershire. It had about 150 books, including many for children. Villagers could come in, browse and borrow, and the system worked very well, until one night a vandal decided to have some fun, and set fire to it, with the total destruction of booth and books.

However, the villagers decided that something had to be done, and they came together and rebuilt the booth, and it is once more serving the village.

It is believed that the culprit was caught on CCTV, and will be dealt with.
