Into the Cosmos
The others have been near me for a long time, and we are unlike each other. Those differences are not barriers our dissimilarities have encouraged me to discover how and why our connection exists. I paint them as my inner eye sees them. Our world, the world which you and I exist in is another impetus, a spurring of my imagination to reconcile the conundrum of life. I believe we are part of a great cosmic community unnoticed by many.
How could Man’s petty concerns be considered acceptable to those who physically, spiritually and socially are likely to display differences beyond our ability to accept those differences without feeling threatened by them? Do we accept our own!
Is it reasonable to project that our thinking and feeling capacities are too immature for a global disclosure of different worlds and those inhabitants? How incredibly naïve must we be to ignore the likely presence of alien life forms in our quantum mechanical universe? Out short closed-mindedness explains our difficulty and why we insist on believing that we are the only sentient beings in a world bigger than we can comprehend.
A planet riddled with starvation, greed, slavery, environmental to human abuses, is ill equip to fathom a greater reality when its own is perilously close to extinction. Where does that leave those who look to the heavens without judgment or fear seeking life’s mysteries? This world has many wonders, but those wonders are not enough in themselves to check the tide of callousness which day by day erodes their beauty. I don’t have an answer for all the suffering but if I did it would be to every person in whatever means they could to turn their senses, their outwardly directed attention, their awareness on themselves.
The evils of advertising, propaganda, false flags deceptions, politics, and even religion’s death grip, in combination, constitute a grand larceny. A stealing away of our strongest attribute, that of being aware, will appear in its right light as the great mirage. It is then the work to live harmoniously will indeed begin.
