Life Goes On, Scars Form Then Fade, Love Grows

Moon Shots by me, taken this month

Loss leaves an aching, unfillable hole in our psyches that only becomes less acute with time. As time slowly marches forward, as it always does, what was once a fresh, deep gash eventually develops a scab, then turns into a scar that slowly fades with time, but never fully goes away.
