Memories Of Past Love

Break-up. A poem to ponder

I see a shadow of something
dark and frightening.,

Its blackness spreads
as it passes.,

As it walks toward me,
I feel like I am drowning.,

My breath becomes shallow,
My heart turns hollow.,

I wanna run away from this dark,
yet I stand here like a rock.,

With growing sense of alarm,
my lips part,
but fear muffles my scream.,

I have no strength
to fight back,
Tears rolling down,
I plead in a shivering tone,
Please leave me alone,

You always remember me
So I am here,
Tell Goodbye
I shall leave you forever —
your past memories

I wanna forget,
but I could not,
For I shall miss you a lot
if you are gone…

Then,
Go through
this depression and pain…
