Before
painful memories
of your past
become a ghost
haunting you with
evil whispers,

Heal…

Before
they take form of a tornado
spinning and swirling
your emotions,
and
pulling up
your strength
from its roots,

Heal…

Before
they leave
an unhealing wound,

Heal…

Before
they leave behind
only destruction,

Heal…
