He was the creator of the famous Risley Act which consisted of lying on one’s back and juggling a child with the feet. This was later extended toddling the same thing with chairs, knives etc…

He was the first American to open the US-Japan connection, visiting the Empire of the Sun with his troupe and engaging Japanese acrobats for US and European tours. He made a good lot of money, and used it to develop an untouched region of Indiana calling it New Carlisle. The…
