Soul before Body
Both not to be trusted
What are you?
Ruined soul or lifeless body
Wanting body or overflowing soul
Why they only see one?
You resent to be seen as body
And pour your loathing on
The Poor thing
When you are body, you are never enough
Even if desired
But they fear to see through your soul;
An abyss that eats up others’ souls, they think
Scaring them away
Your soul is too much
What are you?

You are too much and nothing all the same
I see no place fitting you
