A restaurant in Belgium has been accused of filling plastic bottles with tap water and selling them as the mineral product. They were identified after complaints of food poisoning after guests ate in the famous restaurant area of X in Brussels.

The health inspectors found that clients eating in 6 of the restaurants had caught dysentery, whilst there was no case among the those of the seventh, “Le Manneken Pis”.

Analyses revealed that whereas the first six served genuine bought water, at the Pis, they filled their bottles with tap water.
