While the kids were off at camp Larissa and I spread our adventurous wings to explore what lies beyond these familiar walls. Larissa had arranged a photo shoot at the Hornick Rivlin Studio in Waltham MA, to get images of her and her art to use in promoting her new business.

Soul Path Artist — Larissa Davis

Driving to Waltham, traveling in the general direction of Boston is always a test of intuition, brass balls and patients. Fortunately, in this case, the reward for me far outweighed the risk of losing one’s sanity on the way down because I had the fun task of making a behind the scene video while Sandy, the photographer shuttered her lens.

Sandy was engaging and fun to be around

Sandy, the photographer and Rick, the tech guy and accomplished photographer were wonderful to work with. Watching Larissa do her art in this setting was fantastic. She and Sandy have worked with each other for years and they communicated effortlessly. The afternoon went as seamlessly as the morning and we finished a little early.

Larissa started with a blank canvass and demonstrated various elements of her Soul Path Art.
