I’ve tried almost every pant on the market. From J. Crew to Bonobos. Hugo Boss to Club Monaco. A few are terrific, some are less so — yet I was still inclined to do an Alial Fital pant. Why you may ask? Nothing currently on the market was perfect for me.

You may find this to be the absolute wrong reason for me to launch a pant line. What about market research? How will I compete? Chances are if I’m interested in something different there are enough of us out there to make it a sound business decision for AF. Especially when our weekly payroll only includes one employee. I used this same thinking to launch our innovative dress polos three years ago and we’ve come a long way.

I’ve made the changes I wished my other pants would have & am now proud to launch the Alial Fital pant. Here are the highlighted differences between us and the rest.

1. Made in the USA — as always you can count on our high quality domestic production & that we stand by our products.
2. The perfect fit — this is TOTALLY subjective I know. To describe our fit -enough room through the butt and thighs and trimmer from the knee down. I got frustrated with slim fit pants that were too tight up top and straight cut pants that were too loose at my shoes.
3. A little bit of spandex — about 2% to be exact. It comes in handy from time to time & doesn’t take anything away from the quality, fit, or style.
4. Untreated fabric — this was a biggie for me. I’ve found that most of my everyday pants, a large majority from overseas factories, are pretreated. Brands are beating up, washing, and breaking down the natural fibers of the fabric. The end result is delivering a soft & comfortable first wear for the customer. It’s a great idea and concept until you get to the 5th or 6th wear and your pant looks ill fitting and sloppy. Who knows how many times your pant got washed before you bought it? With us the answer is 0. No fabric pretreating going on here. The result is that our pant is two washes from perfect, but once you get there……
