Welcoming The Billfold to Medium

Our partnership with The Awl Network

We’ve long admired our friends at The Awl Network for their affably provocative editorial and casually innovative approach to internet publishing. So we’re thrilled to be partnering with them for the first migration of an entire site to Medium as TheBillfold.com becomes part of our network on Monday, December 14.

Since 2012, The Billfold has played host to honest conversations about money among members of a socially conscious reader community. We can’t wait to see what happens as these conversations proliferate throughout our network and attract thousands of thoughtful new participants over the months ahead. We’re also very excited to build revenue streams to support The Billfold, and other publications like it, over the course of 2016.

We hope for The Billfold to be the first of many publications who join Medium. This network is going to give publishers incredible opportunities to engage and grow their audiences, to start and drive conversation, accumulate and exert influence in their communities, and to access the financial support they need to sustain their impact in the world.
