I had heard great things about Kitty Green’s The Assistant and when I saw that it was coming to Hulu, I was ecstatic. I knew it was going to be a slow and thoughtful movie about office culture with Julia Garner giving a wonderful performance. So, the other day, I curled up on the couch and dove straight into the action (or lack thereof).
