Substitute teacher writers wanted: permanent publication

During the early Fall of 2021, my girlfriend and I began to substitute teach in our school district to take advantage of the flexible hours and a temporary pay-bump due to Covid-19. We got our substitute teaching permits and were in front of a classroom within a month.

Substitute teachers are a niche in education, especially those, like myself, who are not on a credential pathway to becoming a full-time.
